All you need to know about the Holidays Act Taskforce’s accepted recommendations

All 22 recommendations have been accepted by the Government and are currently being reviewed. It is expected that they will be introduced as a Bill in parliament in 2023, and go through a select committee process to allow for public submissions. Following that, there will be a transition phase before the Bill officially becomes law.
