*Prices are per active employee per month in NZD, excluding GST. An employee will be considered ‘active’ when at least one of the following actions has been completed for that employee during a calendar month:
- Included in a finalised pay run (even if that pay run is subsequently unlocked)
- Has had an approved leave request
- Has had an approved expense request
- Has had a published roster shift
- Has had an approved timesheet
SMS charges of $0.15 per SMS apply.

‍The free period begins from the date that your brand account is set up by your Account Manager. Subscription fees will apply from the first pay run processed after your 2 month free period has been redeemed in full. Subscriptions will be invoiced on the 1st day of the 3rd month from the date that your brand account is set up, and the fees will be charged on the 8th day of the 3rd month.

Within this offer, you are eligible for a free 1-hour guided implementation with your Account Manager. This is to be redeemed no more than 1 month after your brand partner account has been set up. Any hours and/or sessions thereafter will be billed accordingly.

This offer of 2 free months is applicable to both KeyPay Standard and Plus plans. Once the 2 month period has been redeemed in full, retail rates will apply. This will be communicated by your Account Manager. 

Usage charges for SMS and Superannuation processing are not included in the free period.

Discounts are not transferable to any other products.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these Terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Severability: If any part or provision of these Terms is invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on the parties.
